The Investment
South Ayrshire Council has committed:

You Said, We Listened
As part of a feasibility study back in October 2024, South Ayrshire Council engaged with local golfers and stakeholders to understand what matters most at Belleisle. Your feedback has played a vital role in shaping the options now under considerations.
Whilst the original option met the scope of the original remit to provide improved practice facilities, it did not fully consider the connectivity to, and potential improved use of the existing building(s). Following an assessment of the current use of the existing buildings, a further 2 options have been developed which has addressed the concerns based around changes to the course whilst still achieving the original brief of providing improved practice facilities within the park.

Expert Partners & Options Under Review
To realise this vision, South Ayrshire Council is working with Alliance Leisure Services, a multi award-winning development partner with over 25 years’ experience and more than 200 successful projects nationwide. Together, they have assembled a specialist team including Integratis Consulting, Pangaea Golf Architecture, CD Architects, and Axiom Project Services.
This expert group is currently reviewing three key options for the future of Belleisle, ensuring that any investment balances golfing excellence, community benefit, environmental responsibility, and long-term financial sustainability. The outcome will provide a clear, deliverable path to secure Belleisle’s place as a cornerstone of golf in South Ayrshire for generations to come.
